One CAT 1R-0749 Fuel Filter for use with our Duramax/CAT adapters or 1"-14 filter mounts such as the NAPA 4770 or WIX 24770.

Not an OEM replacement for the Duramax. Must be used with an adapter.

Note: If you are upgrading from the 1R-0750 to the 1R-0749 you must use a filter head spacer to gain proper clearance.

• The 1R-0749 is 10.75" tall and has an outside diameter of 3.75".
• The 1R-0750 is 7.50" tall and has an outside diameter of 3.38".

The CAT filters are very nice, well-constructed units, a huge upgrade when compared to many OEM filters.
