Returns & Exchanges

At 10 Second Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
