Introducing the Stage 3 LPFP Solution for the BMW B46/B48 Platform

Spool Performance is excited to present the drop-in version of our Stage 3 Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) for the BMW B46 and B48 platforms. As high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFPs) continue to support greater direct injection (DI) fueling capacity, the stock low-pressure fuel pump has become a bottleneck for enthusiasts chasing high horsepower—especially when using E85 fuel.

Our Stage 3 LPFP upgrade eliminates this limitation with a twin-pump design. The secondary pump activates during boost onset, delivering nearly double the flow of the stock pump. This ensures consistent and reliable low-pressure fueling for builds exceeding 1000whp, regardless of fuel type. Whether you're running E85 or gasoline, this upgrade is designed to keep up with the demands of high-performance setups.
