After careful consideration and increasing demand from our customers, we are proud to officially launch our B58 Engine Build Program.

For years, we refrained from offering engine build services publicly due to market conditions where pricing often came at the cost of quality and reliability. Our focus has always been on delivering products and services that meet the high standards our customers expect, rather than competing on price alone. Over time, many of our clients—particularly those running our components on BMW, Mercedes, McLaren, and Audi platforms—began requesting complete engine solutions built to the same level of precision and durability. After privately supporting several B58 engine builds for customers who experienced failures elsewhere, we’ve decided to make this service available more broadly.

Our program begins with a Stage 2 build, as we believe this is the minimum level that aligns with the performance potential of the B58 platform. We’ve observed an increasing trend of head gasket and fastener-related failures at higher boost levels, especially with factory and ARP 2000 hardware. As the B58 aftermarket has evolved, 800–1000+ WHP builds have become more common, and supporting that level of power requires thoughtful component selection and attention to detail—not just making power, but ensuring durability under sustained high-load operation.

Our primary goal is to deliver a reliable, track-proven engine capable of withstanding real-world demands.

It’s important to understand that built engines, by their nature, are high-performance components subjected to greater stress than factory engines. While they are engineered to handle more power and abuse, they are not maintenance-free and will require periodic service or refreshes based on usage. Proper care, tuning, and maintenance are critical to engine longevity.

Stage 2 Build — Rated for up to 1200HP

Includes:

  • CP Carrillo Race Pistons with Heavy-Duty Wrist Pins

  • CP Carrillo Race Rods with Upgraded Bolts

  • ARP Custom Age 625+ Head Studs

  • ARP 2000 Main Studs

  • Spool Race Rod Bearings and Main Bearings

  • OEM Head Gasket with Spool Fire Rings

  • Upgraded ARP Hardware (Oil Pump, Girdle, Pulley)

  • Custom CNC Cylinder Head Porting and Hand Porting

  • GSC S2 Cams

  • GSC Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers

  • GSC Valves

Stage 3 Build — Rated for up to 1500HP

Includes:

  • Italian RP Platinum Line Pistons with Heavy-Duty Wrist Pins

  • Italian RP Platinum Line Rods with Upgraded Bolts

  • ARP Custom Oversized Head Studs

  • ARP 2000 Main Studs

  • Spool Race Rod Bearings and Main Bearings

  • OEM Head Gasket with Spool Fire Rings

  • Upgraded ARP Hardware (Oil Pump, Girdle, Pulley)

  • Custom CNC Cylinder Head Porting

  • GSC S2 or S3 Cams (Selection based on customer preference)

  • GSC Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers

  • GSC Valves
