Braided stainless steel remote turbo oil feed hose kit for 2001-2016 6.6l Duramax with stock IHI RHG6, VVT or S300/S400 turbos.

If the #4 cam bearing spins even slightly in the block it can cause immediate turbo damage.
This remote oil line kit relocates the turbo oil supply from the cam bearing to the oil port located on side of the engine block.
